Domain Registration

StandingWave customers can register .com, .net, .org, .co.uk, org.uk, .tv, .name, .info, .biz, .info, .com.cn, .org.cn and .net.cn for between 1 and ten years (subject to registry rules) using our easy-to-use online system.

Live domain name registration, renewal and transfer services are available to all StandingWave customers - if you are not already a customer and would like to open a Corporate Domain Account please email our Sales Department.

Registration fees include parking the domain on our name server. If you already have a dedicated server or virtual hosting solution, the new domain and up to 5 subdomains can be configured to work with your existing solution. For example, if you have a linux based virtual host, we can add a new virtual domain which shares it's space and users with your existing virtual server.

Registration periods

Note: .co.uk and .org.uk domains can only be registered for 2 years; .name can be registered for 1, 2 or 10 years; .biz domains for 2 to 10 years; .com.cn for just 1 year and all other domains can be registered for 1-10 years. Don't Forget that Domain Names contain only letters, numbers, or dashes("-"); cannot begin or end with a dash; and cannot have more than 63 characters total.
