Anti-Spam Policy

Spam is defined as unwanted and unsolicited junk email. Spamming can be generally defined as sending unsolicited email. Email spam is any electronic mail message that is addressed to a recipient with whom the initiator does not have an existing business or personal relationship and is not sent at the request of, or with the express consent of, the recipient.

Mail²Click has a simple but strict anti-spam policy. If you spam, your account will be deleted, and you will be ineligible for a new account. Any costs related to a partner's spam activity will be passed onto that partner. When necessary, Mail²Click will legally pursue those partners that violate our spamming policies.
